    Labor beginning?
I am now 37 weeks pregnant and I have noticed for 2 days now I have puddles in my underwear, its not discharge but more like water. I have also been having period like cramps for days, should I be worried?

Probably not. Many women will notice more watery discharge at the end of pregnancy. If it is an occasional occurrence, this likely the cause. If you feel that it is more of a slow leak, or simply causes you concern, then have it checked.

Cramping off and on is normal as well. If your abdomen feels hard all over when this happens, it is likely a braxton hicks contraction. They will come and go, usually without any pattern or consistency.

True labor contractions will eventually develop a pattern, if they don't start that way, and they will become closer together, stronger, and last longer.

When in doubt, you can always get checked. You are at that anytime stage... wishing you a smooth birth... :)
