Theft under $5000 resisting arrest 19 year old male first offence
So basically me and my buddy stole a few items from the bay in toronto worth about $150. We walked out of the store and the lp caught on to my friend but tried to hold on to me but I ran, however I got caught by security not too far away. My buddy just got a theft under 5000 charge but I got a resiting arrest charge also. How likely is it that I will get off with just community service since its my first offence?

Not very likely, unless your attorney can get them to drop the resisting arrest charge.
