My girlfriend has been on microgynion 30 for 6 years without any problems, but she skipped them for 1 month, from Oct to Nov last year.
As soon her period arrived on November 2011, she began taking them again without any problems till now.
Her last period was on Jan 24, it lasted for 3 days, it was lighter and without the syntomps she usually has.
Since February 4, she's been having nausea, dizziness, hot flushes, tender breasts, fatigue, stomach cramps, constripation,
And sleepig problems. Now, she's on her free pill week and her period usually starts 3 days after her last pill which she took last Sunday 19.
She's 2 days late, which is rare because it always come on time, and not having any of her usual pre-period syntomps but all these pregnancy syntomps.
She expected her period on Wednesday 22, but it's Friday 24 and it's not coming.
She's very cautions and has not missed any pill... Does it mean that she may be pregnant? Or is she maybe having syntomps because she stopped and resumed taking the pill?

She could be pregnant as no form of birth control is 100% effective. Has she taken a pregnancy test yet? If not, I would recommend her taking one using first morning urine.
