    Can someone help me?

    My husband is in prison getting ready to be released on parole. Parole is saying that he can't live with me we are leagly married and have been for 6 years we live in New York state can someone please give me some ideas I have papers here in New York stating that I am not wanted the charges he has for being in prison don't involve me in any way shape or form.

    Why are they saying he can't live with you? If it is a condition of his parole, there is probably nothing you can do about it.

    Where they prior charges that did involve you? Are you a convicted felon?

    Hello p:

    If you're a convicted felon, that would be the reason they say he can't live with you... But, you ARE his wife, and I'll bet you can get this fixed... You'll probably need a lawyer.
