How long will it take for me to know that I am pregnant, without using a test. And What are the EARLIEST symptoms I will get. BTW I'm 15 & I think I'm pregnant . I'm a little afraid, but not TOO much , is this bad.

You absolutely have to test.

The longest you can go? Nine months. Some women bleed their entire pregnancy. Prenatal care is absolutely essential. If you are pregnant and wait to find out and get care, your child may suffer from birth defects, low birth weight and other concerns.

You will have to wait to see if you miss a period whether you use a test or not.

Some of the earliest symptoms are, of course a missed period, as well as breast tenderness and morning sickness. But remember that for many women the only symptom is a missed period.

Is what bad? That you aren't afraid or that you are 15? Being pregnant at your age presents a myriad of conditions that can be very serious to yours and or the baby's health.

The earliest symptoms are nausea, breast tenderness... but each woman is different and that can also be a sign of PMS. Symptoms cannot tell you enough. Only testing can.
