    Water pressure
OK guys,I really don't understand the technical talk, OK so I need to turn up my water pressure, I have a well and out side,I see a small metal box inside the box is wires and it is sitting ontop of a round metal cylendar with bolts and a cover on top so tell me what I need to do. I really didn't understand the explanation that was listed. Oh I tried to unbolt the cover on the metal cylendar, but they are rusted, and there is also a hose hookup beside the metal box ontop of the cylender// help!!

Well pressure is related to air pressure in the bladder tank. How much air pressure is in that?

Tom posted this, I am not as familiar with this as him, try to do what he said.
If you have a Square "D" pump control box let me show you how to adjust your pressure.
First turnoff the power at the breaker box, then pull the cover off the pressure switch,(see image) and you will see two spring loaded bolts secured with nylon nuts. One tall, one short. To increase the cut in pressure, turn the nut on the tall bolt down. To increase the cut out pressure,(that's the one that will give you more pressure) turn the nut on the short bolt down until the desired pressure's reached. To decrease pressure do the opposite.
    Good luck, Tom
