    Domestic voilence case-Can Husband salary protected from wife false AFFIDAVIT ?
    In domestic voilence cases many women's are falseifying affidavits just to grab more maintenance as the law in against husband.

    Then the husband's lawyer needs to STOP it. If his lawyer can't, he needs a new lawyer. If he doesn't HAVE a lawyer, now would be a good time to get one.

    Yes, the husband files in court, proves it is false, has other party charged with contempt.

    Husband gross salary is consider while granting interim maintenance order
    IN domestic volence act- Husband net salary is very low. Interim order will be granted on considering the gross salary of husband.
