My left eye is red and I feel the itching sensation and burning sensation whenever I sit in front of my lappy... I can't avoid my laptop... Any natural way of getting rid of it?

Have you had your eyes checked recently to make sure there isn't an infection or something else going on?

When my eyes feel irritated I use an over the counter moisturizing eye drop. I also find that looking away from the computer, changing the intensity of the monitor, changing the lighting, can help.

It can be conjunctivitis or so called red eyes.

Here are some signs and symptoms of conjunctivitis, maybe it will help you :

• redness of one or both eyes,
• itching,
• blurred vision or sensitivity to light;
• feeling of something in eye;
• the appearance of a watery, mucous or purulent;
• increased shedding;
• other manifestations of conjunctivitis : allergic sneezing, itching skin, runny nose, etc.

So my advice is to go see an eye doctor, he will tell you exactly what it is and will give you proper treatment.
