    Well Pump
    Does anyone know how to shut off a well pump. I shut the breaker labelled Well in the house, though water is still flowing out of a broken pipe.

    Try a different breaker? How fast is the water flowing? Does your electric meter say the pump is still on?
    An artesian well flows without a pump. Maybe yours has pressure pushing from below.
