Hi I'm a 23 year old female and I have been with my partner for more than a year and we are sexually active together, last week my boobs really started to hurt and my nipples to, my partner said my boobs felt hard but that went away, now for the last 3 days I have had indigestion, bloating, stomach pain, gas, bad head aches and I have been really emotional. My periods are irregular because I have the mirena iud (http://www.mirena-us... it-is/index.jsp) I had redish discharge that lasted like a day and I don't know if that is my period because its normally a bit longer, and I don't know when my next one is. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and they were all negative, I'm not going to the doctors because every time I get sick they do some tests and say there is nothing wrong, so what is wrong with me? Can you please help me? And please don't say anything rude or mean

It may be that you are fighting an illness. Have you had any fever? It could also be that you are experiencing PMS. There is no way to know for sure what it might be so that is why your only choice would be to see your doctor.

Are you able to still feel the strings for your IUD? Do you check for them periodically? There is the possibility of it shifting and pregnancy occurring.

You might give it several more days and see if your discomforts continue. If it is just from an illness, or your period, you would likely start to feel better. If your symptoms continue, or if they become more severe, do see your doctor for an exam.
