He lost my phone. I ended up in the hospital.
I am disabled. I have had 5 strokes & just got out of an 8 month bed rest for hypothermia & e-coli. I had just started dating someone I had known for 29 years. We had been dating for 1 month I made it very clear to him I had health issuse, like memory problems... it was new years eve. I ask him would he be responcable & hold my phone for me cause I did not want to loose it in all the comotion and excitement of new years. He got mad at me later and took me home. I forgot my phone from all the upset. I called him the next morning and he said he lost it. He told me he would find it or buy me another one on several occasions, now he refusses to answer his phone to me. Because I am in bad health I need my phone, because I had no phone and no why to call anyone I ended up going to the hospitl with pnemonia, this has cause me great stress, can I sue for loss of phone, court cost if I win and pain & suffering & my hospital bills.. this would have never had a domino effect if he would have found my phone or replaced it, and he said he would knowing about my health..

No, you may be able to sue for the cost of the phone, but you did not have to wait, you should have just went and bought a new phone the next day or two. You found a way to call him about your phone, so obvioiusly you had a way to call.

I'm fine with the answer, but no I found a way to call him 3 weeks later, because I had no phone. I am disabled so I could not just go out & buy a phone in a day or two. Not everyone has that luxury. But that truly all I want is the money it coast me to replace my phone. Thank you for taking your time to help me...
