    Can't remember movie title
    It's a sci-fi/science film (I think an old one) with some kind of scientist and his girlfriend I think. Some movie parts that I remember are:
    1. At some point he meets a person(scientist) who found a liquid that makes your body cells work so fast that when you drink it the world around you is so slow-motion that seems like its stopped.
    2. He meets a person that he can't see the world as it is because(I don't remember exactly, he sees it polarized or something, ex. They are in a city, moving on a couch, and what he sees is flying over the ocean), and he gets fixed at a lab with some monkey behind.
