Kids movie about tree frogs?
It starts with a bunch of tadpoles and one of them can't get very far so he stays with his mom and dad. They play flutes on the lillypads and the girl tree frog dances to his music, and he puffs up his cheeks when he's mad and they make fun of him for it. And the girls dad is the big ugly bullfrog bully that doesn't let them see each other. The title might be as simple as the little tree frog but I can't remember lol.
