    Can I get my license a day early?
    Can I get my license a day before my 16th birthday and just not use it until the day of my birthday in the state of Iowa?

    If you have to be 16 to get your license, then no, you can't get it a day early. You'll have to wait until your birthday.

    It's only a day. Surely you can wait a day.
