Taxes on money from foreign country?
Hi: I am a freelance writer working at home for a company based in China. All my payments have been wire-transferred to me; I have no 1099s. Do I need to declare this income entirely, or does the $10K and over rule apply to me?

If it is income earned by you while working in the U.S. it is taxable.

It is possible that you may qualify for a credit for any taxes you paid to a foreign country. See this publication.

Assuming that you are in the U.S. sure. It is income, after all.

Oh. You are in Pakistan? If Pakistan taxes income it may be taxible there. But you don't owe the (U.S.) IRS any tax.
