New manager of her first day to work?
I am a first time manager on a role. Our VP wants me to join the executive meeting which will be the same date as my first day at work. She wants me to observe how matters are being discussed. I know that it will also be the time she will introduce me to the management team. I am anticipating that they would expect to hear a piece from me. I would like to seek advice from anyone how can I make it an impressive piece that will sound music to their ears.

Thank them for the opportunity, tell them you are happy to be working with them, and
Have a lot to learn. In general most likely they know all about you. But as noted be yourself,

Agree with what has been posted.

Be brief, smile, alert, good posture, etc. And when finished, if appropriate, politely say that should they have any questions you would be happy to respond.
