    Can I return back a car I got from a private dealer
    I got this car for 7months now, I still owe them 6g. I didn't take out any loan. But I did down 2g on it. Now I can't pay for it any more, I try taking it back to them but they won't, they said I have to pay for it or they will take me to court. What should I do?

    If you signed a contract, you are obligated. It's not the dealers fault you can't pay for it. You will have to pay or have it repossessed.

    You can not just take a car back anywhere, a few buy here/pay here places allow it, but still have to pay all sorts of fees.

    You owe the money and yes he can souue you if you don't pay.
    Even if they take it back, they sell it, and if they sell it for less than you owe, you still have to pay the balance.
