All processes refresh really fast, as if F5 is stuck.
When I start playing games, I get something I call "Super-refresh".
And everything on the desktop refreshes, I can't use internet because it's like F5 key is stuck. When opening notepad it posts the time stamp (hot-key: F5) and when I try to rebind a key in game it just goes to F5.

I have tried with different keyboards, restarting between change/use - without success.

The only solution is to log out and back in Windows 7. But it only fixes it tntil I start playing a game.

Side note, sometimes it doesn't happen when playing - but 8/10 times.
CPU/GPU has good cooling, memory is new (tried to change it but didn't help).

    Thanks,
    Super-refresh.
