    Graduated visitation
I have a graduated visitation plan that the mother of my son (age 5) is making difficult to complete. I should have prefaced this with I just met my son about 7 visits ago with in the last six months. Considering that do I have any right to skip the graduated visitation schedule and proceed with the regular visitation schedule?

No, you don't have any rights to skip anything. You have the right to go back to court to get a new court order, if mom will not obey it, or get them held in contempt. Unless your court order says so, you don' have that right
