Child support and ssdi in pa?
My son's father will be deemed Disabled through the VA (Veteran's Affairs) and will be eligible for 100% Disability after about a year of being on partial disability. He currently pays me outside of the court child support, and I wanted to know if Disability is able to be used as income to pay child support? Also, do any children he has receive a check from his disability? Thanks!
