Lightening Dark Hair
Hi, I am going to be lightening a girls hair that is a dark brown. I use redkin colors because I am use to them, how would I go about doing this?
Also, I will be placing carmel highlights as well scatttered, what color would be good for this? And what Developer? I am thinking 40 vol. Thank you |
