It's more of a story when I was about ten years old I saw an old man outside our patio just stood there an stared at me he didn't speak move or do anything from behind our glass sliding patio doors. I ran to tell my mom and when I went to show her he was gone... I'm 26 now and I've been having some issues with another spirit in my room I know he's here right when I fall asleep I feel him and he tries to hit me and yells at me.. I can never do anything to him. One day I had some holy water to get rid of spirits I sprayed it in my room and put some on both of my wrist in the form of a cross. That night when I closed my eyes to sleep I felt like like something a black shadow lifted from under me it turned to me and yelled screamed really loud I was very scared. After that night nothing happened for 6 months but it's back and wants to Hurt me every time. Sometimes I don't sleep in my room because its such a horrible experience. For the first time tonight I saw his face it's a man I don't recognize him and he doesn't talk he screams. I can't communicate because he screams and tries to hurt me..

Holy water isn't going to work in your situation. So, I take it you have talked to a priest about the situation? What does this spirit yell about?

Maybe he is from your past life maybe something happened that made him angry, try telling him to sod off and leave you alone firmly, don't show fear as it will feed of that by the sounds of it your open to communication with spirit and your aura is illuminating out to them. Are you having extreme dreams more than usual as you might be experiencing sleep paralysis which is when your physical body goes to sleep but your mind is fully awake. At this point people and myself have experience being watched, fear, seeing faces in the minds eye and hearing evil voices. You should try ignoring all these fearful things and show your not afraid. Astral travel, that is the point where this is at, people have got past this point and left there body and astral traveled. Try reading up on these subjects and see if any helps.
