    Self employed?
    How do I file my taxes. I have made money doing odd jobs and selling things on internet and flea markets also have children that qualify for Eic. How should I file

    You can and should file Schedule C and Schedule SE with Form 1040.

    Since there is only some audit trail for this income (PayPal is beginning to track money that flows through them), you need to be very precise about what you claim for both income and expenses, as that income MAY qualify you for the EIC and the IRS may want PROOF of the income flow.
