I am 20 now, skin is extra dry and wrinkled, fine lines and marks are formed..
Iam an Indian (south) and now living in Russia ( -40 degree cold).My skin is wrinkled and dry from birth but after coming in Russia my skin became very wrinkled ,itchy, extra dry and its shedding badly.. due to the cold here I have to bath in hot water.. I am using olive oil but ,olive oil and creams are good only for some hours. I am suffering hard, I don't know what to do , please help me.. Please don't ignore my question..

Hi everybody!! I put on chap stick like every 1/2 hour almost and not because I want to because I have to. My lips are always so dry, I never wore lipstick because I have to keep reapplying. I think I have tried everything from exfoliating to you name it any suggestion guys??
