Engine block cracked

I have a 1998 ford van that the mechanic says the engine block is Cracked. When you pour water in the radiator it runs straight to the oil Pan. Is there any sealer on the market that might get it a temporary fix. It's a v/6.

All right, I have oil going into my coolant system somehow. I just replaced all the gaskets in my engine to try and cure the problem because I thought it was the head (which got milled also) I cannot for the life of me think of why I continue to get oil in my coolant. I do not have any coolant...
Cinder block basement cracked

I have a cinder block basement that has a fair bit of settlement(Cracked about 1 inch in the biggest spot).
