    Property distribution after divorce
    Assalam u alaikum,
My name is XXX, 34 yrs old , Male. Muslim(alhumdilillah). I have a question which has great importance for me.
I married to a chinese lady, she conververted to Islam. We divorced after 5 years. During marriage time, she invested , bought properties and businesses boomed a lot. According to China law, after divorce, 50% of properties, businesses should be shared with me( weather I invested or not). Does Islam allow me to follow this rule and let me follow this domestic law and let me take this case in court to get my 50% shares? She did not give me anything from her investments after divorce.
Kindly guide me. I don't want to have any Haram money on my soul.
    Jazak Allah
