What's the name of the movie and it's actors?
It must have been an 80's movie. The heroin was convicted, but actually innocent. The policeman investigating was actually a serial killer. She was dark with a cleft chinn, he was a red head with freckles. His tick was that he constantly had to take showers and baths. The story was originally a book (title?). Maybe it was a series rather a movie. Someone out there who can help me with this? Thanks.
