There is a vein attached to the tip of my penis
Hello I'm 16 and I have a vein attached of what I would assume the foreskin to the tip of my penis. I can only partially pull the skin down over the head of the penis before the part that is attached to the vein will pull tight. I am still a virgin. What could be the cause of this?
