    Texas statute of limitations on repossession?
    In 2001 I vol. Repossed a truck to the dealer , was never contacted about a sale the was told it sold for less than I owed since then it was turned over to a coll. Agency they have just started calling new agency and threating a law suit every time I tried to make some sort of payment was told it was not enough and have now paid or anything with this since 2010 , what are the sol for this and can the collection co. Sue me and what could the get lien etc .
