    What causes toilet inlet to make a vibrating niose?
    I fitted a new toilet inlet valve when the cistern is full after a while it makes a vibrating noise

    I am with Tom. Sometimes the flapper is not seaing 100% and the fill valve, ballcock, tries to reopen and shutters a bit.
