Twisted Endings, Car crash on a bridge, Shrink, and weird...

A guy shows up at a shrink and says he is going to die.

It gets all kind of weird with fashbacks even to group of people who are all headed to meet in this car crash.

It ends up we see the car crash our character dying on the bridge and the Doctor saying hold on hold on and he dies.

The question someone asked is, did you know him and they all answer no.

Was it all a dying man last seconds or what.
