The second thing you need to do is tell your parents about this relationship. It is highly likely that this man is guilty of statutory rape as you are likely under the age of consent.

But a 23 yr old man who has sex with a 15 yr old is very likely a predator and needs to be put in jail before he exploits some other teenager. And don't give me the "we're in love" line. Because if you were he would know better than to risk jail by having sex with you.
