Tips of my hair turned orange help?

Have been dying my hair same color for years. No problem. The last ime I dyed it was 3 weeks ago. I put some antibiotic lotion on my shoulder for skin problem and the next day the bottom of my hair is orange. What happened? And what do I do Now?
