    What is the name of the orafice that allows propane to flow through and burn in a propane dryer?

    It is called a gas orifice. They are sized by BTU for natural or propane. You cannot just change the orifice to convert one to the other, you also need to convert or adjust the regulator valve. Some model use a specific regulator and others have an adjustable regulator.
