    Were you a virgin? Seeing as you had safe sex, we can rule out most STD's. Another reason for burning is an infection.

    Sometimes, if a man's girth is large, it can cause a slight burning pain afterwards, too.

    However, seeing as it was 6 days since the sex, I'd see a doctor. It most likely is an infection.

    I would say infection or STD, depending on how safe, ( I will assume condom) if it was used properly, if it did not get a pin hole leak, and so on. It is "safer" sex, no protection is 100 percent. So yes, you need to be checked by your doctor, or health clinic
