    Credit card debt
My credit card company has changed ownership. I have not accepted new card agreement. What are my options on card balance from previous company that has been transferred to new card without my consent?

If you are asking if you still owe the debt, yes, you do. Selling the company or changing its name does NOT change your indebtedness.

If you don't like the new company or its rates or policies or something else, don't use the new card BUT you are legally responsible for the balance.
