    2000 sonata drive train frozen.
3 months ago I parked my car and pulled the battery. Back in town today, hooked up the battery and the engine will not turn one revolution. In gets a 1/4 turn then stops. More crazy is the fact that if I put the car in neutral the car stays frozen and will not even roll.

Remove and fully charge the battery. Most auto parts stores will do this for free. Replace, if necessary.

The car not moving is probably due to rusted brakes, usually rear drum brakes.
