Even now she calls and texts me and even if I don't talk to her she calls me and asks "why you don't want to talk "

Do you really need an answer to this? She dumped you for her ex. Why would you even want to talk to her? All she's doing right now is keeping you around in case it doesn't work out with him or she's trying to talk to you to alleviate her own guilt for dumping you. Either way, do you really want to be a part of that?
