    Abandonment laws in Ohio child?
    My boy friend got custody of his kids 4 months ago and there mother abandon them 6 months ago now she wants vistation can she get it if she has no rights

    What makes you think she has no rights? Just because a court awarded your boyfriend custody, doesn't mean she lost her rights.

    If she wants to go to court for visitation, it is likely she will be granted visitation unless it can be proven she is a danger to the children.
