Two days ago I experienced an upper abdominal cramping pain during work that was quite excruciating when it would hit frequently. My boss have me ibuprofen and it began to lessen but still continued. I mean I was having a difficult time taking and taking deep breaths whenever the pain would come. Once it began to cool down I began getting this warm sensation like discharge flow. It was heavy for sometime for a short period. Then it stopped. I couldn't check until the end of my shift and once I did it was like a crime scene in my pants. The dry blood was thick and I don't start my period for a week. After that the pain was gone. I just want to know what this may have been... Please
