    No Period for Two Months
Hello there. Um, I've always had pretty long cycles, ranging from 29-36 days. But for the last two months I have yet to get my period. I had unprotected sex on the first day of my last period which was between November 12-18. It wasn't the complete act and my boyfriend didn't ejaculate in me or at all. Last month when I was supposed to get my period, sometime around December 21-25, I felt all the normal symptoms of it coming. The bloating, the cramps, the fatigue. Two and three weeks after my missed period last month I took two pregnancy tests. And they were both negative. And this month, I didn't have any and it was suppose to arrive between today and Wednesday. I've had no cramps, just fatigue. I've been under a lot of stress lately and my mother had cervical cancer that may have been passed onto me. Is it possible that I'm pregnant or just experiencing irregularity?

    Hi,

It would be unusual for a pregnancy test not to pick it up after your missed period, but it has been known to happen. Might just be an off cycle. I would wait another week and see if this month's period shows up late. If still no period, try another test, making sure that you follow the directions carefully.

If you continue to have irregular cycles, see your gyn for a check-up.

I've been thinking that about that. I plan on taking a pregnancy test in the next week. But as for the Gynecologist route, I don't have one. I'm not under any insurance due to being a college student.

First of course you could be pregnant, since the guy does not have to "finish" for you to get pregnant. And while not as common it is possible to get pregnant from having sex on your period.

When you were doing the pregnancy test did you use the first urine of the morning? That is important.

Yes, I have used the pregnancy tests with my first urination in the morning.
