Important Topic to Address-Anyone else act this way too?
I was having a conversation with my roommate the other day as well as having the same conversations in the past with other friends.

Outside of maybe close girls that are friends or my past girlfriend, I have always been against hanging out with women on an alone basis unless it was easy and I knew what was coming. Even if I knew I was going to hook up with them I would still be lazy or hesitant sometimes.

I guess my question is why am I so against doing that. My thinking was I understand what comes out of it(and ladies please don't take this the wrong way), I know when the girl comes over that I have to sit there and pretend that I am there for them or have conversations about things I really would rather not go into then if we hook up I have to lay there and talk more and find a way for her to leave.

To follow that up maybe it is the women that I am bringing over maybe they are not just emotionally stimulating or maybe I am just not giving them a chance. I have always been the type of person that would be working on many women at once because once I found one I would go out again and fall for another one that night then forget about the first one and it would be a cycle effect. The ex was able to stop all that and I was faithful, but I am just wondering why am I so against and so lazy when it comes to do something like going on dates and dinner with women. I would rather do something with my boys whenever I get the chance most of the time. Just trying to pose this and I know most of this is extremely shallow.

Sex for sex's sake doesn't make you shallow. Many people in both genders are quite capable of and interested in that, although clearly its more a male then female thing. Pretending to be interested when you aren't in order to get sex under clearly false pretenses makes you dishonest. Straighten out that confusion and I believe you've got it licked, dear man. LOL

Ha ha that was great to read to see a mans way of thinking!!
    Excellent.
Id an extremely conversation today with a male friend , it was amazing what he had to say about men, maybe ill post that on another post.

I think nohitter it's the type of girls you are dating, go slow and find a girl who you like as a friend first. If you don't like her to talk to I don't understand how you think you are ever going to have a relationship with her!!

Agreed, don't really want relationships from these girls just enjoy the other aspects of what it brings. But I don't enjoy that these girls fall attached to me but I put it on myself. LOL confusion needs to be fixed out haha thanks val

That's what youth is about having fun and meeting people. That's how we grow and learn to appreciate the ONE. Instead of a bunch of deadend relationships, going out with female friends for fun is the way to go. Just never lead them on or having them expect more than you can give.

Thanks tal finding that balance is truly the hardest to do. That is why in high school and college I vowed not to be that relationship guy that spends 3 or 4 years in a relationship to fall flat on your face. Maybe I needed one before this special one came along to better prepare me but I don't regret anything that I ever do in my life because it molds me into who I am and who I will become
