Tenant fall on the stair and on the cement ground
There was snow last week and the snow was melt away. The tenant was slip and felt on the back stair then to the ground. She had to go to hospital for surgery. I did not know until the next day. She just call me and want to meet with me. I think to discuss and negotiate the issue.

I called my insurance and they told me if she contact, just call insurance and create a claim.

What should I say when I meet with her? Please help.

    Thanks,

You don't admit anything, don't promise to pay anything, don't admit any fault.
Just give her the insurance company contact info and let them handle it.
