Ok it is awkward even typing this but I don't know where to turn. My husband has stopped ejaculating. We are young. Have been together 5 years, have a really great relationship, we are best friends. We are both in pretty decent shape. I know he doesn't masturbate too often, and isn't cheating. We used to have a great sex life. Sex used to take a maximum of 2-3 minutes for him to come. Now if he comes it takes 45-60 minutes and that is maybe a third of the time. Nothing physical has changed. He is on no medication. He has no new stressors. Our relationship, if anything has been closer than ever, except for this sex issue. He is getting sleep
Diet is good. I have tried everything! Doggie style, anal, oral, 69, prostate massage, massaging him, porn watching, showering together, analingus, me on top, literally everything. The last straw was yesterday when I gave him an hour long blow job. I am a religious kegel exerciser so the tone of my vagina seems OK. I have the same problem and looking for the answer.
I have a problem with passing water but take pills to help my enlarged prostrate. It could me the same problem.
I don't have any sperm when I do eventually ejaculate - but enjoy it - but not to the same as I was younger.
