I had a miscarriage on march 2011,since after that we are trying for baby,but we did not get success yet.What should I do?

At times, it may take a year or more for pregnancy to happen. Have you tried different things to determine when you most likely to be ovulating each cycle? This can sometimes be helpful to narrow down the week or two when you might want to focus your efforts. If you can have sex about every other day throughout each cycle, that may help with timing as well. However, timing is just part of it.

Usually it is not a concern until you have been trying for at least a year without success. It can be that there may be a fertility issue, but many doctors will not start any testing (on both partners) until after a year, at the earliest, for most couples.
