    Is the stitching right?
I had my bottom left wisdom tooth removed on Monday, I still have some swelling but luckily no bruising. Is it possible that they have done the stitches too tight? I'm getting a small white lump that I can move with my tongue due to the stitching. I can't open my mouth wide enough to look inside, please help!

Little swollen bumps are common (they go down), and as long as you don't have a fever or other sign of infection (very sore and red gum), and are following the list of things to do like rinsing often with salt water and brushing the area with a soft toothbrush, it's probably OK. Call the dentist if you are worried.
