    Continuing The Pill after pregnancy
    If you get pregnant on the pill, should you stop it right away? Will the withdrawal of progesterone cause miscarriage?

    Hi macbump... yes, you should stop taking birth control pills if pregnancy is confirmed. Once pregnant, normally you will produce the progesterone necessary to sustain a pregnancy, so stopping the pill will not result in a miscarriage.
