    I need to find out if I have any funds in 401k?
    How do I find out if I had 401k from a place of employment from 13 yrs ago? Nad if so how do I access that information now?

    You contact the company that did the Admin for it and ask them.

    If you had one, they should still be mailing you at least annual notice of it. Did you move with no forwarding address during this time.
