    Collecting past due monies
    Family company owes for services rendered and all attempts to handle it directly have failed. How do we collect monies for services rendered?

    Take them to court. And request a writ of garnishment with the judgement if you win. You also might be able to place a mechanics lien against them depending on the situation.
