Could be anal glad problems. If one is stopped up it can get inflamed. They can be very painful and some breeds get fistulas which are like and ulcer. Regular cleaning can prevent them from getting clogged. I would got to the vet, they can see what it is and tell you how to clean the anal glands if you don't know how.
